Author Rea Max Androgen Cycles

Thought I would share my experience using Author Reas max androgen and cortisol suppression phase. These are short cycles that last about 30 days or less. The cycle looks like:

An oral ED for 10 days in a down ramping fashion. DBOL would look like this 40,40,40,30,30,30,20,20,2020. You could also use VAR or A50 just start out at one level and down ramp.

Injectable amounts are determined by body weight and cycle experience.

Day 1-10 Sus 275 mg EOD plus 50 mg of Mast E

Day 11-21 Deca at 200 mg + 50 MG of NPP EOD

His theory is you have an androgenic phase for the 1st half of the cycle and then transition to an anabolic phase for the last half of the cycle.

The cortisol estrogen suppression phase looks like this:

Day 15-43
Clomid at 100 mg for 5 days ED
Clomid at 50 mgs for 10 days ED
Armidex 1.0 MG EOD
Metripone 500 mgs EOD
HCG at 500 ius 2 X EOD for a total of 5000 ius

Benefits

Less time on
Less sides
Better kept gains
Better HPTA recovery
Better over all health

Reas theory is that cycle effectiveness peaks at 4-6 weeks as the body increases cortisol and estrogen in response to AAS. That by keeping the activity to 30 days or so, this response is not as great and with the estrogen and cortisol suppression phase you exit the cycle with normal to less estrogen and normal to lower cortisol that means better kept gains.

I have found most of the benefits to be true. Now granted you won?t blow up, but I do believe that you can make steady progress. I have run 2 of these types of cycles and so far much prefer this method. Its like 30 days on 30 days off, kind of?.

I was very skeptical in his recommendation of Deca to exit the cycle, but of you look at how much for how long its very brief. He also recommends, Primo, NPP, EQ as anabolics for the last half of a cycle, Tren, Masteron, Test for the 1st half.

I think the guy is very smart. Wideguy was going to try something like this I think also, but I haven’t seen him in a while.

I loved the idea of short cycles. In theory, they work and sound great.

That’s why when I tried it, I was surprised it didn’t work! I just didn’t like coming off and on so quickly. I don’t feel like my body ever really took hold to any gains I made, and I was pinning myself 7 days a week. Just by the time I was starting to feel good, it was time to come off again.

If anyone here has tried it with good results, I’d love to hear about it.

Monopoly

I do my own little method a little differently. The best cycle i ever had n regards to strength, LBM, and overall sense of well being was a 5 week cycle of sust 250 EW for 5 weeks, then on week4 i started 300mgs. Deca for 5 weeks, then on the 4th week of that i started 200 mgs of primo for 5 weeks. I took things like primrose oil and flax oils and any kind of creatine, protein, meal replacements, whatever i needed (I was a manager of 9 GNC’s) so had all my nutrition in order. I loved that cycle! Now i don’t have the patience, so i stack 2 different AAS’s at a time for 6 weeks and then switch to 2 other AAS for another 6 weeks.

My reasoning is the only time i ever had gyno was after 8-10 week cycles of the same product. In the past 7 years, i run my cycles like this and i haven’t had more than a bump on my shoulder! I like keeeping them short and sweet, seems to do the job for me. Now, if i could just force myself to do cardio…

Monopoly, what kind of doses were you running?

Actually wideguy gave the link for the book, it’s worth the read in my opinion. I have had good, solid gains and have not had any issues with on off.I plan on running one more bulker and then start leaning out for summer.
