Same here, but after my 3 disc LS spine herniation, I made a choice to do more. Sometimes the things we hate are the things we HAVE to do more. (in regards to lifting, not like sucking dick or something)

L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1, lumbar disc herniation’s, with nerve root impingement at L4-L5, happened in 2003. Had ESI’s and just sucked it up and got better, they wanted to do a 3 level fusion I refused.

Sure, why not! I’ve been a member lurking around long enough may as well get a bit more active. Currently as of last week thursday weighed in at 175lbs I’m also 5"7’. We checked our stats during an exercise physiology body composition lab so we also took body fat % but my group member messed it up because there is NO way I’m anywhere NEAR 8.4% BF.

As you can see in the shots that will follow lol. My goals are really to gain weight, I’ve been trying to get up to 190, 200lbs and just be massive. I’m not really concerned with abs and looking like a fitness model but I do like having the outline at the very least.

All my lifts suck right now because of a shoulder dislocation that happened last year in December and doing back squats causes a lot of discomfort so I’ve been doing a lot of front squats to make for it. Here’s a shot of my legs
