I’m pretty most guys would consider him the ideal body. Not for me, but I’ll gladly settle for the same as him ahahahah
Since I often have the same doubts and insecurities as @aldebaran talked about a few posts back, and I go from liking what I see in the mirror to thinking I don’t look good at all pretty quickly, I thought I’d finally ask you guys for some assessment or honest feedback.
Do I look fat? How do I look overall?
Do you think there are any glaring weaknesses or weak points visually, anything for which some serious improvement is in order?
I have some answers of my own, but I’d love to hear what you guys think based on the pictures I posted a few messages above.
No you look good. Yoke looking massive from behind. Upper body is really nice. Lose 2kgs, build bigger legs and you’re a demigod
Plus, you’re like what, 19? Ahah
Down a few more lbs since the t-ransformation. 181 at the start of the year and now at 166. Still a little fluffy but abs are present in good lighting.
Strained my iliopsoas mid May and still can’t train legs. Starting to implement some ideas from this book and thinking about seeing the chiropractor soon.
Anyway, here’s a 225 push press to tie my PR at a much lighter bodyweight with no peaking (went for it on a whim after seeing this thread). Safe to say strength is improving in the things I can train.
Good aggression!
Can’t see dem legz. How y’all are you? If you know, I’m curious to know these measurements as pictures can be hard to judge sometimes. : weight, height, wrist measurement, flexed arm measurement (bicep area), and favorite American meal. Thank you in advance kind sir.
I love auto fill.
“I’m about Tennessee/Alabama border y’all. Not quite as y’all as Southern Georgia, but a little more than Ohio/Kentucky.”.
Was expecting this comment. Dunno why though. I didn’t realize that a lack of a pic of my quads single handedly prevented the ability to assess my physique.
Legitimately in Alabama
and I work outside. #hillbilly
It’s part of your physique. Guess I miss read, I shall critique upper half only. Any luck on the measurements?
Senpaï, roast me as well, pics are from 5 mins ago. They are horrible but it’s nightime. I must add, than even though I have to lose a dozen pounds, I’ve never felt so good both physically and mentally.
Height: 6’1"
Weight: 192 lbs
Wrists: 6,5" (yikes)
Arms: 16"
Legs" 23,5" :(((((((
Meal: a classic cheeseburger of course
Your washer is in the wrong place, arms of peace, dogging the full length mirror. Why did you take your quads off? Solid choice on the burger. Look nice this lean, would stare behind polarized sunglasses on the beach, might be disappointed up close. Good job ![]()
Currently 6’ 3”
281 lbs as of this morning
Haven’t seen the oblique line in awhile.
By no means cut but this is leaner than I have been for about 6 years.
What, so it’s that time of the year where I have to post a photo or video of myself doing something unimpressive while also looking fat?
Here’s 345 x 5 for a really easy set. I’m still stuck at a skinny 165, but I can’t wait to rep out 405 in a few weeks.

Looking strong man! ![]()
I always wondered that regarding the shreadded thing myself. That is outside of guys who actually plan on hitting the stage. Seems guys are wanting the look at the expense of all other physical qualities.
Definitely a psychological thing for me. I know I’d be stronger and probably healthier with a little more bodyfat, but theres something about looking a certain level of lean I can’t let go of. Not contest level lean by any means, thats next level suffering, but good ab detail as a minimum standard to hold myself to.
I wont consider you in the category im talking about. More so the young guys who havent developed any muscle size and correlating strength by any measure. The ones who thinks being shreadded year round is the end all of be all. Plus since if i remember correctly you compete on the platform and staying lean helps with your wilks
I don’t think physical strength has every been a priority for much of the younger set. It’s no longer necessary to get strong to work a lot of jobs. Also, some social conditioning is probably at play due to the constant advertisements showing “shredded” (in reality - skinny) models (both men and women).
