It’s Mark Wahlberg back in his Marky Mark days. @aldebaran’s Calvin Kleins brought him to mind.

And I guess I’m disagreeing with you and suggesting that one consider the validity of one’s goals occasionally. I think @aldebaran looks like the very picture of healthy strength in that photo. Whether he wants to get bigger or leaner is up to him, but that’s not fat. Period. It’s simply not shredded. And what is “shredded” for? What is its purpose, its benefit?

Not at all, my friend studies photography and needs experience so we sometimes do shoot for free, and I’m not complaining ahah. This one was in his boss’ workshop.

I know I’m not fat, but yeah 6 weeks ago I had finally lost these little love handles and I want them gone again, having dem cut cum gutters like Pwn ahahah!

Marky Mark is a very solid physique and a nice bodyfat goal to shoot for, but I don’t want to go lower, as it would impact performance too much. So I’m aiming for 4- 5 kgs down (that’s 5-6% of my weight)

Indeed, shredded is just for a contest or a shoot

Accidental TM test from today. It was supposed to be 290, but me, in my infinite wisdom, forgot to unload the bar from the top single for the day. 320x10.

Just weighed in at 209, which means I’m up about negative one pound from the t-ransformation challenge.

Writing this out just now makes me feel pretty let down with myself lol. I have got to step my diet game up another notch.

I remember those photos of him in 1993. He actually inspired me to one day go to the gym more than anyone else, including bodybuilders.
