Fuck it. Too lazy to take fresh video. Last comp, in kg, 138x/138/145 in the snatch and 170/175/183x in the clean and jerk at 105.

I’ll play.
5’11"
210 pounds
Turning 29 next week
ages 9-22: football player that dabbled in PL and OL’ing
ages 23-24: distance running
ages 25-27: distance running, biking, and yoga
ages 28-29: kettlebell training, a little biking, and yoga
2 weeks ago: picked up a heavy barbell again and liked the feeling…
…so now it’s barbells > kettlebells > a little yoga
Goals
KB Snatch 100x53 (RKC Level 1)
KB Clean-N-Press 2x106 (RKC Level 2)
Power Clean 1x225 (bodyweight plus a little)
Deadlift 1x405 (close to double-bodyweight)
This morning: power cleaned 210 pounds (see video) for a “recent PR” (my true PR’s are so old as to be irrelevant). As you can see, I am quite talented, able to power clean while balanced on the wall. Imagine what I could do from the floor.
This is me at 102.5kg (226lbs), down from around 112-114kg in March.
I did a 12 week body transformation programme called the Amazing 12 from March to June that got me down to 105kg, and I maintained the dietary discipline following the programme to get to where I am now. I am aiming to break 100kg in September and have 98kg in mind as an end goal, just going by how I look. Then I’ll focus on getting bigger and stronger.
I’m waiting until the 31st.
And not wearing a Need Erection shirt.

Where can one of those shirts be obtained?
I’m down 36lbs since January, probably another 10 to go before I am satisfied and will start slowly gaining again.

Exactly how often do you miss the lockout when you deadlift?

anyone else think push’s ass looks like a tarantula?[/quote]
I can see the resemblance.
Should be an interesting thread.
37 Yrs old, BW around 70kg, up somewhat over the past few years - mainly muscle I hope.

Near current pic below (9 months post knee reco now too - hitting front back squat PR’s of late and the knee is ace).

And for something to contrast push, a 32 year old learning to jerk it for the first time.
Learning cleans over the past few months, learning jerks for a couple of weeks.

Awesome! Congrats. I love that stuff.
Thanks guys. I was going to throw a shout out to T-Nation after the car deadlift, but all I managed to do was vomit out my lungs, which was still pretty metal.

Very awesome stuff all around as usual, gang. Some very cool comparison pics. Those kinds of ‘then and now’ contrasts can be pretty motivating eye-openers. And congrats on the win, Pwnisher.

C’mon, Chris, you didn’t come prepared?

Nope, didn’t. And still aren’t. Had family-in-hospital stuff throw me all off last week so, vidless. Best I can muster is a pic from I think a few weeks ago. Nothing special, but still not marathon runner-ish (I’d hope).
