A bit distracted during each squat due to my upper back being a bit sunburnt. Still happy with how weights moved.

Kind of you sir. About a month ago work became much less physical. I’ve been able to push volume and frequency, and it seems to be paying off.

Suplexed an intoxicated male who was following and harassing me from a guillotine. Guess all the cleans paid off.

Thank you sir. I’d like to hit a 4x body weight carry for 50-60 ft in the near future. Biggest problem will be fitting the weight on the bar lol

Uhm, you just had Ben Bruno, the man himself, compliment you on your carry strength. Put that one on your fitness resume!

I agree though, that’s not only some massive weight, but you are running with it! Great foot speed.

Felt that the farmers walks Tuesday were under max effort, but my elbows felt otherwise. Took yesterday off accordingly .

285 for 12 doubles, had to switch to cross arm grip about 4 doubles in due to some struggle holding the rack. I blame this on the lackluster warm-up

Front rack picks, rack position, weight is unracked/picked up, braced, set hips and unlock knees as if to squat, then setting the weight down as gently as possible.

The bruises you get following this shit are the worst. Makes turning your head feel like you’re about to snap your neck.

I think I’m more impressed with the almost deadstop followed by a turn, back into practically sprinting holdin five Hindi. Good work brady
