Clicked on your video and I somehow stumbled upon your loose form 135lbs x40 barbell rows haha. This interested me cause I’ve been working the rows pretty hard recently and did 60kgs x20 yesterday in fact.
I backtracked and found that entry in your training log.
I’ve noticed you’ve stopped doing them since, is that any reason for that? What are your thoughts about the rows?
I think I’ve done rows at least once a week for a while. They’ve been superset with other movements, so they might be harder to see in the log.
I like them. High reps, low reps, lots of sets, different grips, different strictness. They’ve helped a huge amount with me finally feeling comfortable during the conventional deadlift.
damn, making that 580 look easy…
I think 600x20 would be a fun short term goal. Lol, just need to be able to do it with a straight bar.
