Thanks for that, it always amazes me how much food you can eat for pretty low calories, Oh and my old school maths makes that 257 protein.
Lol, I might of fat fingered the calculator. I have it written down at the house, this was me just going off my grocery list lol.
I hope you arenāt using those fat fingers at work on anything that needs engineering precision. LOL
Lol, Iām pretty good at the administration side of the house. Although if you ever hear of a nuclear meltdown on a carrier, itās a safe bet that someone asked me to do calculus haha
Outstanding to read on the nutritional front. This self-discovery is huge!
223? protein.
I am very much enjoying this game of āHow many meatheads does it take to accurately do additionā lol.
I think I concur on the 257 though. Think you left off the breakfast.
No I think @wiseman83 is right, I added the surge 34c as protein,
LMFAO
No wonder none of us have abs.
Oh christ I did too! Lol.
Back home. Checked my notebook. I had 223 lol

You should help RC with the ECP calculation.
Hey man, I asked to take over the dirty pipe mechanics. I know my strengths lol.
Calling my shot, going to squat 340x5 tonight or die trying
Work for today: JuggernautAI powerlifting week 9 day 1:
Squat: 340x6 (The PR of PRs. Letās fucking go), 295x5, 295x5, 295x5
Pendlay row; 165x10, 165x9
Incline bench: 175x5, 180x5, 180x5, 180x5
Hamstring curl: 110x12, 110x13
Leg extension: 130x12, 130x12, 130x15
Ab wheel: 15, 15, 15
Notes:
- I am elated with my squat. Itās always been my worst lift, and Iāve especially struggled after my knee surgery. Was worried about 340x5. Legit anxiety, as in I drove my truck to the gym instead of taking the bike just incase I hurt myself. 340 for reps is just such a stretch compared to what Iāve done before. To add to it, when I got to my gym, 3 of my sailors had just joined and were watching me lift. I sure as hell didnāt want to fail with them watching. I made the decision that I was either hitting this for 5 reps, or that bar was crashing down onto the bars. Hell or high water, Iād start that next rep. And honestly, 5 reps wasnāt bad. Struggled on the 6th; but I might have had 7 in my if I let my form go a bit. Just feeling ridiculously strong right now, which is amazing given Iām 211.
- honestly, itās been an insane week at work. Had a massive inspection that had me working even more than usual. Worth it, my guys absolutely crushed the inspection. But, it means diet and sleep have been a bit wonky, so didnāt set myself up the best for this. Made sure to hydrate and eat a lot of protein and carbs leading up to my workout, ended up feeling fantastic once I got to the gym.
- backoff sets felt rough. Definitely gave my all on that top set.
- rows felt strong.
- incline bench felt strong. Heavy bench day tomorrow, so wasnāt trying for any records here.
- rest of the workout just pump work.
Today was a good day. Finishing off a good week. Lots of wins in the book.
Letās get to work.
Unreal, my dude! Nice work.
Nice fucking set dude. Youāre back out in front of me by 5 Lbs now lol
Hell, with the explosive gains youāve shown, your gonna blow past me in no time
Work for today; JuggernautAI week 9 day 4:
Warmup: 500m row: 1:51
Bench: 225x5, 200x5, 200x5, 200x5, 200x5, 200x5
Lat pulldown: 150x12, 150x12, 150x12
BTN press: 95x12, 95x12, 95x9
Tricep pushdown: 72.5x12, 72.5x12, 72.5x12
Machine preacher curl: 70x12, 70x12. 70x12
Notes:
- bench moved well. 225x5 felt heavy, but thatās a decent weight for me at this BW, and it was very controlled reps, no chest bouncing. Not ecstatic or anything, but content with this.
- hit failure on my last set of BTN press. Tried to catch it on my traps, scraped the hell out of the back of my neck. Whoops.
Glad your hard work is paying off in a obvious way. Your work ethic is unreal with everything you have going on.
340x6 is magic mate! Great work.
