That is the second half…i took the picture after the the first half which takes about an hour 1/2 and is like being on the stair master from hell.

yeah it was amazing that the government let just anyone hike that. they put up some metal chains to hold on to that spanned the narrow areas, but no fences or anything!!

So First day of Show and go phase 2 on monday completed…So far sore gluts, hamstrings, quads! lol.

Sumo deadlifts 3 sets of 4 #150
Reverse barbell lunges 3 sets of 6 #65
DB push press 3 sets of 6 #17.5

Chest supported pronated db row 3 sets of 10 #32
Ab roller isometric holds 3 sets of 15 sec holds

We decided to do stairs in our office building as well…guess we weren’t tired enough!
so we did 3 floor sprints 5 times. Jelly leg feeling achieved!

can’t wait for tomorrow!!

Thanks! I really want to get to 200, but its going to be a long road considering how long it took me to go from 180 to 185!! haha. Good luck with your hammy.

Well i have to admit its a box front squat, because I know the stress full squats put on your knees. but i def get to 90degrees
