Superfood is a strictly a fruit/vegetable concentration, rather than being a kitchen-sink formula like Athletic Greens with fruits/vegetables, plus token vitamins/minerals I don’t care about, plus herbs/stuff I might not want, plus probiotics I might not need or am getting elsewhere.
