I am currently on week 3 of Athlete Lean, Athlete Strong and I just LOVE IT.
I was wondering which one of your program would emulate the spirit (higher frequency, big lifts…) but for strength/mass. If I recall you enjoy that kind of training (benching several times per week etc)
Try Thib´s new Strength Skill Circuit Method from thibarmy. At the end of workout add 15 minutes of loaded carries/prowler/sled. On another day you can add sprints from Athlete Lean Athlete Strong.
