At a Crossroads.

Thanks for chiming in EG, I’m confused though, why is it necessary to diet down super lean to see muscle imbalances. I am at a comfortable level right now, and I know what needs work. Care to elaborate?

I always lean out some during the summer months when I am able to cook my own food and am not subject to the whims of a cafeteria that closes at 7 pm.

Personally, at when I was hovering at 15% my delts looked killer, but as I begin to bring it down and give up on my “mo’ mass, mo’ mass, mo’ mass” mantra I still need to work on them. The water and fat are the proverbial smoke and mirrors, but this is sport is user specific and its up to you Waylandah to make the call. I would get a concrete number on your BF and build from there. Fuck leaning out, bulking is just to damn fun!

See I think part of it is jealousy haha, you get to hear about the big cycles that some of the vets on here run and you are just like Damn, I want some of that.

Oh well I’ll get over it. Off to 300 lbs I go![/quote]

I wouldnt be jealous mate, infact, as someone who normally tends to run heavier cycles i will say that i am jealous of you.
To me, you are quite obviously a head to toe mesomorph, which quite frankly not many people are. As many cycles as i have ran for as many years as i have cycled for, the heaviest i made was 262lbs @ 7% (i think, was a while back now). Obviously im alot older than you and was when i was in that shape but what you have achieived at 19 years old in astounding by anybodies standards.
Though i havent always lived by this mantra, use the least amount of everything possible. If you can make solid gains and not accumulate fat at 5000 calories a day, why push it any further and put your body under even more strain, same with drugs, if 500mg per week of test has you growing well, why push it any more than that.
Seeing as someone has mentioned or quoted pris already in this thread i will quote something he has said several times before; ‘this is bodybuiding, not bodybreaking’.

So, to wrap up, your doing incredibly well already, dont take more than what you need

Oh, and to second what someone else says, the lower your bodyfat percentage is, the more glaring weak points are, there are things you cant see at 12% bodyfat that smack you round the chops and pluck your eyebrows @ 7%.

All the best to ya,

Testanabol

Thank’s Testanabol, that means a lot. Thanks fellas for keeping me in line
