Just was messing with my strongman stuff. Got rid of all the bark on my log and cut some little branches off. Then weighed it and found out it is 65 pounds now. Also added some pipes on the ends of the farmers handles so I can add more weight. They each weight 90 pounds too btw. I will account accordingly. Gonna go beast mode tomorrow.
This is the best log I’ve ever seen. Hahahaha. I can’t wait to see how tomorrows shit goes for you.

Thanks! I get really bored, so I try to make waaay to much lifting stuff.
Warmed up with soft tissue, dynamics, and traction.
Press 110x3, 125x3, 142.5x8 Rep PR, 110x12
Chinups 4x4, 6x3 (34 total) 1m rest
Ring pushups (feet elevated 15") 3x8, 1x5 1m rest
DB rows 95 2x8e, 90 2x8e 1m rest
Facepulls 55 4x12 1m rest
Pullaparts (black/heavier) 2x13, 2x12 (50 in 4 sets) superset with
Band pressdowns (green) 4x25
Took about 1h. Press felt pretty good. Form wasnt perfect, but its a rep PR yo. Press is feeling stronger every week. The backoff set was killer, real slow eccentric. Chins felt good, gonna keep trying to get more reps. Trying to work up to 10x5 relatively easy. Not there yet. Ring pushups always give me a killer tit pump and make them feel perky. Rows felt decent, little too heavy. Facepulls were felt in the bestest spots, straight upper back. Band stuff just for funs. Good lifting, tomorrow shall be the lifting of legs.
Warmed up with soft tissue and dynamics
Deadlift 255x3, 295x3, 327.5x8 rep PR
Front squat 165 2x10, 135 2x10 1m rest (friggen brutal)
Bularian lunge (3"defecit) 45’s 3x8e 1m rest
Leg curl 3x8 1m rest
Took about 55m. Started cramping up the last two exercises, so I cut them short. Deadlifts felt decent, back rounding a smidge. Never felt that comfortable with conventional deadlifts, feel like my pelvis is just in the way. Like it blocks me from getting to a better starting position. Idk, anyways front squats sucked. Hard as hell. Lunges were decent but started cramping in the calves and getting light headed. Leg curls were done in a half daze and calves and hams cramped up. Not great. Meh alright workout, ok pretty good, I did rep PR.
Warmed up with dynamic stuff.
Sprints 15x 40 yards ish with rest the walk back
Decent. Felt kinda slow. Nothin special just some conditioning
Not enough strongman stuff. Also, awesome deadlifts, Bananass.

Log tomorrow and farmers the next, any conventional tips? Never felt that comfortable with them.

Elbows in and up on the log press. With farmers I think obviously picking slightly behind cneter on handles is optimal and the rest kind of falls in place in time lol. Strongman events are difficult to teach online.

Fair enough. Planned on videoing them anyways and ill post them here. Form tips are always appreciated
Warmed up with soft tissue, dynamics, and traction
Log push press 115x5, 135x3, 145x8 easy Rep PR, 165x3, 185x1, 135x9
Chinups 10x4 1m rest
Ring pushups (against light elitefts band) 4x6 barely 1m ish rest
DB rows 85 5x8e 1m rest
Facepull 55 5x10 1m rest
Tricep pushdown (light band) 4x25 superset with pullapparts 4x15 (black)
Took 70m. Log press felt pretty good. Havent done them that much so most everyting is going to be a PR. Gonna put up 145 165 and 185 just for funsies. Chinups were a PR definitely at the BW I am at. Pushups were tough on the triceps. Rows felt pretty good. Started to feel tem in the back a bit. Facepull, pushdown, pullaparts for pump n such. Gettin dat uppa back n tris yo. Pretty good lifting session.
165x3, form tips always encouraged
185x1, form tips are muy bueno
Warmed up with soft tissue and dynamic stuff
Front skwatts 165x5, 185x3, 205x3, 225x8
Bulgarian lunge (3" defecit) 45’s 4x8 1m rest
Sliding leg curls 4x10 1m rest
Farmers walk 140 per hand 10x50 feet 1m rest
Took 65 minutes including bringing weights outside n such. Front squats were pretty good, last like 3 reps kinda sketchy but werent terrible. Lunges were a lot better than time, gonna go heavier. Leg curls were getting a little easy, gonna add weight. Farmers were odd cuz my weird ass homemade implements so they got really off balance, figured it out like 3rd run. Relatively easy, gonna go heavier next time. Good sessh my little boogaloos.
Warmed up with dynamic stuffs and a few warmup sprints
Sprints x40 yards x16 (rest was walk back)
Suckedddd, felt pretty fast but got suuuuper winded. Started weezing at the last few. Its getting hot out (like 60 haha) so I am getting winded waaay faster. Gonna keep adding one until like 20-30ish or so then maybe decrease rest. Who knows, conditioning isnt horrid anyways. Enjoy a nice picture.
Warmed up with soft tissue, dynamics, and tractionish
Press 105x5, 120x5, 135x10 rep PR, 105x10 (slow eccentric)
Ring chinups 2x4, 10x3 1m rest
Ring pushups (16") x12, x8, x6, x5 (31) 1m rest
DB rows x12, x10, x10, x9, x7 (48) 1m rest
Facepull 35 5x20 1m rest
Tricep pushdown x30, x30, x30, x10 (100) 1m rest
Took 75-80m. Press was another rep pr, felt pretty good. Chinups were good, really felt them in my back. Ring pushups are my favorite chest/horizontal push by far. Chest pump and such, I do enjoy. DB rows were good for the back too, felt them really good. I dont like doing straight sets as much, I like doing it like I did today. Go for more reps when less fatigued. Facepulls and pushdowns for prehabby stuff I guess. I liek mudkipz.
