Got bored, so felt like showing people my strongman stuff. Got some homemade farmers walks that are 100 pounds each, and my log that is about 85-95 pounds. Havent weighed it in a while and it prolly dried out a little. Went to go take a picture and its 40 degrees out. You now its bad if 40 feels warm in jeans and shirtless. Friggen michigan winter… Thats the only spot in my yard that doesnt have snow. Its finally melting, we still have about a foot in most spots. We sets record in snow and cold, yay.

Warmed up with soft tissue (kinda), dynamic stuff, and traction.

Log push press 85x10, 105x8, 125x5, 155x3, 160 2x2, 165 6x2, 170 2x2 (10x2 on the minute one clean two push press)
Chinups 7x4 on the minute 3x4 every other minute (40 total)
Floor press 135x10, 185x5, 205 5x5
BB rows 165x10
DB rows 85 4x10 each on the minute
Facepull 55 5x13 1m rest
Pullaparts 4x25

Took about 80m. Logs are a bitch… Thats all. Chinups were decent until the 6th set. Had to take more rest. Felt them in my back and I have been feeling better at them lately. Floor press felt pretty good. Paused slightly. Gonna keep doing these. BB rows felt like lower back tiredness, so DB for funsies. These sucked. Back stuff wasnt very good until facepulls. Those were good and so were pullaparts. The video I cramped in my booty a lil, so its funn. I want waffles or a pizza buffet right now. BBQ chicken is ma stufff. Now I need to convince the woman that the pop bottle returns should be used to stuff our faces. Wish me luck.

Rear foot elevated split squat (RFESS) 45’s 5x6e on the minute
Sliding leg curls x10, x5, x6, x6, x3 (30 total)
Farmers walk 200 6x50y 1m rest 1x100 (1 drop), 1x100 (2 drop)

Took about 45m to do the inside stuff. Did farmers for like 20 minutes. Front squats were good. Felt like my form was pretty much spot on for like 9/10. Didnt feel like doing reps on the front squat at all so on the minute singles it is. RFESS went well. Only lost balance once and gonna increase weight next time. Felt pretty easy. Leg curls are soooo harddd.

They make my hamstrings feel like they are going to rip in half. Its turrible, but they hit the hams really well and its bodyweight. Easier to recover from. Farmers went decent. Was getting about 20s on my 50yard runs. The 100yard sucked balls, thats all I have to say. No video cuz my computer decided that charging itself when the charger is inserted is not what it wanted to do. Dick.

Took about 75m. Press got some cheap PR’s. Wrote down all the PR’s I have done so I am just filling in some gaps. Gonna try and beat something every workout in various rep ranges and such. Chinups were better than last time. Gonna increase a set or two each time. Landmine press kinda sucked, shoulda done ring pushups instead. Like them a hell of a lot more. They kinda suck. Rows felt much better when I made my hip higher. Really liked it. Saw a John Meadows thing so tried it out on the last three sets. Facepulls and pullaparts and curls were pump work yo. Good session. Balls on your chin.

Press 150x6. Cheap PR. Felt decent, but my arms were pressing up uneven so it was a little weird. Twas but a dream.

Took about 70m. Felt like going for PR’s because I am starting my internship this Monday so I will deload the first week to get in the swing of things and its been like 7 weeks anyways. Elbow is pissed anyways. Well, 280 felt pretty good, elbows dropped a little. PR still. Started warming up with my normal sumo-ish stance, didnt feel that great so tried conventional again. Felt strong as hell. Might roll with it. Hit my first 4 plate deadlift. 400 was previous PR. Had to do some volume because I did like non on squat and deadlift. So bulgarian lunge and leg curls. Lunge went really well. Did not lose balance once. Form felt good. Leg curls got waaaay better. Liking them more and more each time. Front squat hold are a bitch. Abs are tired. Good session. First time failing a weight with legs in a looong time. Don’t go for 1RM that often, but 3 this week I guess. Generally less than one lift a month i like to think. Got her saved in my phone under big booty. (terrible song).

Deadlift 405x1. Four plates yeshhhhh. Saw some stars, it was fun.

Some stretches. Took about 25 minutes including full warm up. Knees feel better now than they did before. Was sweating for like 30m afterwards.

Took 50m. Slight deload week yo. Lower volume and weight on pressing. Lower volume on pulls. Got a nice pump and got away from the bell of bar (barbell). Nothin special, just some lighter stuff. Elbow is stuff upset, but has felt better erryday. And just for Vinny, here is another nice picture.

Took 45m. Deload is over Monday when i hit the shtuff again. Internship has gone good so far, body is feeling pretty good. Front squats were like half paused half not for funsies. Lunges felt good even with the defecit, gonna keep it. Leg curls are bitchin, may have been cheating with my arms a smidge, so gonna check it out. Sprints are still tough conditioning even with 5 less on the deload. Gonna get it next week. Testicle.
