Very pleased with how the back feels, good to go. Not going to push deadlifts crazy hard for a while, all solid reps without much breakdown. Squats are feeling good lately. More frequent benching has made my shoulders feel better suprisingly.

You might try standing up after each deadlift rep and resetting briefly. Kinda like how Brandon Lilly does it. Also, hope that back issue isn’t too serious.

Solid session, deadlifts felt alright, not issues with it, the weight is heavy enough where every rep isnt perfect, but still challenging. Still need to work on the bar drifting a little bit, back tightness, and head positioning. Pressing went very well, doing some body tempering right now, really think it is helping with my shoulders and arms and everything. Such painful tho. Lots of pressing PRs.

This session is a motherfucker with volume and such. Dont think I have had any back pain like I did previously in like 2 weeks. Been feeling really good lately, shoulders improving, hips improving, form improving. Tempering and limber 11 warm ups have been helping. First 4 weeks done, form feels much better, PRs in benching and squatting. Next block upcoming.
