Very good bench session, bench is getting stronger, that was a 20 pound PR with room to spare, liked the heavy slanger afterward too. Video on the weekend.

Very happy with deadlifts, heaviest ive ever hit beltless, 435 for a double would have been a PR, had it in me without a belt too. Feeling strong conventional right now. Maybe the sumos and rdls helped?

Squats were decent, cant really complain, just wanted five reps. Need more upper back tightness and elbows forward.

Heavy RDLs are another beast, maybe a solid set of 8-12 is where I should be at with these, maybe a heavy 5 is too much, but felt like hitting 365 cuz big plates.

Solid session, hit a good press PR, good back stuff. Gonna deload a little next week. Starting online coaching with Bryce Lewis and thestrengthathlete. Getting coached ondividually by Chris Aydin, he will do my programming and form critiques and stuff. Excited to start.

If you’re clicking on the name of the author of the log to redirect to the most recent post, it will black screen you. You’ve got to manually click their log and go to the latest page. It’s pretty lame.

Anyway, great stuff with the coaching, I think it’s gonna be great.
