Warmed up with soft tissue and dynamics
Squat- barx10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x3, 295x2, 315x2, belted 325x2, 275 3x3
Paused- 225 2x5 beltless (1s pause)
Rdl- 185x8, 225x8, 245x8 PR, 275x8 PR, 225x8
Bulgarian lunge deficit- 85 2x15 each, holy piss
Took like 75m. Squats felt off today, didnt wannna push it. Think I coulda done 2-3 more with shitty form. Paused were kinda tough. Felt like going heavier on RDL, 245 was the heaviest I have done, but it was kinda easy. 275 was kinda tough, think I might have been able to do a couple more. Lunges kicked my ass, my thighs killed for twenty minutes. Hurt to move them. Will upload video later.
Well, I took down my squat rack and anything lifting related down. Burnung anything wooden and storing my weights. No more lifting until I get to troy unfortunately. Hopefully Detroit Barbell on Sunday.

Much sadness, been lifting down there like 2 years almost. Maybe Detroit Barbell will let me trade my weights and bands for a year membership and save me some money.
No way! Keep those weights, man. You never know what’s going to happen. You might get a house, get access to a garage somewhere, hate Detroit barbell, etc…
I sold my weights and all of my kickboxing training equipment once because I didn’t think I’d use them anymore and I really, really regretted it when I had to go and buy them AGAIN.

Still I have bands and a trap bar I wanna get rid of anyways. Could try to trade those.

Tit machine- 90x10, 10, 100x10
Took like eighty minutes. Did some fluff and buff and a new gym, got a nice pump just tobdo something. Prretty sure its deadlift day tomorrow at detroit barbell so wanted legs and erectors fresh. Got a new gym, hopefully I can have a deal with the powerlifting gym so I can pay more later. Who knows. Felt like a bodybuilder with less curls. Odd.
Warmed up with soft tissue and dynamics

45 degree backextension- 5x10
Leg press- like 3 or 4 pps 3x10
Took like two hours. Started deadlifting before everyone showed up, finished with a dead PR, so saw people squatting so worked in with them. Went to a heavy double and paused back offs. That camber was nuts. Form held up pretty good. Then did some half hearted deads cuz thats what they were doing next. Then assistance and out. Really liked detroit barbell, next time im gonna do what the group does tho cuz my back is toast. Thinking the stuff during the week wil be more high rep stuff and heavy on the weekends.
Niiiice lower body session!

Tit machine- 100 3x20
Rear delt- 75 3x20
Feel like the bar might be either 50 or my press just sucked today. Got a nice shoulder pump. Basically everythingn gave me a massive pump, really tried to feel it out. Think weekday bodybuilder days and weekend heavy as dick will be good. Ill start recording stuff againsoon lovelies. Tootles.
Wednesday stuff
Warmed up with soft tissue and dynamics
Squat- barx10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x3, 295x3, 315x2, 275 2x5, 225 3x5
Hack squat- 2pps 2x15
Leg press- 2pps x15, 3pps x15, 4pps 3x15, 3pps x15
45 degree hyper- BWx15, +20 4x15
Calf raise- (no clue on weight) 3x15
Took like 90minutes. Had to wait like 15m to get a fucking squat rack. One guy was seated pressing like 275 which was slightly impressive, then we had a guy dong a barbell complex or some crossfit shit in the rack. Dumb. Squats flet heavy again, but I think Im just a pussy. Hack squat annoyed my knee. Leg press killed my legs/quads. Hyper killed the low back, hams, and donk. Calf raise cuz I have giraffe calves. Good session.
Warmed up soft tissue and dynamics. Bench day at Detroit Barbell
Bench- barx15, 95x8, 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 235x3, 245x3 PR, 255x2.5 PR, 225x5, x5

Nuetral lat pulldown- 110x10, 130x10, 150x10, 140x10, x10
Took like 70m, had to bug out early to head back to west michigan. Hit a nice bench pr, 245 felt pretty good. 255 i had the third but the spotter took it, it was one i knew i could grind out. But two nice prs, then some quick incline and lat pull work. Nice session, way beter than mmy ghetto bench. Also switched to thumbs around and itfelt pretty good. Basically they told me not to suicide it. Saw a 405 bench for a double, ridiculous.

Nice PR! There’s nothing wrong with suicide grip though imo. I suicide grip because it helps me keep my elvows tucked.

Yeah, it actually felt good going thumbs around too, elbow was happy, took a set to feel normal. Felt more secure with it.
