Articles That Stick Out In Your Mind

Been busy this weekend and only just had time to properly catch up. Good article that. I’m 33 but lift in a school gym full of 15-19 year olds. Reading something like that should be part of their induction. I like the chin-ups suggestion twice a week too. I’m sure I’ve read something similar before but somewhere along the line I switched to chin-ups once a week, lat pulldowns the other day.

Does anyone remember who did the popular article talking about Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 cardio? I’ve read it 2-3 times but my mind is blank this morning.
