Article Regarding Favorite Workout Music Posted Today

I try to listen as little music as possible. Got this habit when doing an Oly program, to not train “on the nerves”. But right now I’m doing bodybuilding work with crazy intensity. And especially on legs I need a little boost.

I tried many stuff, some techno, EDM, video game or movie music, some rap even (like Army of the Pharaoh) but I find it better using the most brutal stuff to get a zing so Black Metal is it. Here is my latest hardcore craziness:

it is ok dont worry, i learn a lot here, because a lot of people from different city who speak a bit differently, use different word and so on, i dont have so much possibility to talk so i lost a lot, it is good to come here from learn about gym and english

Not technically what I’d call “my type of lady” but talented nonetheless

I’ve developed the habit of only listening to the Deftones when I lift. I’ve really come to enjoy the music-muscle-mind connection of it. The fact that I have to train in order to listen to one of my favorite bands is also pretty motivating when it comes to getting my weight work done a couple of times a week.
