So it turns out Chad’s gym that was lined up is no longer an option. There is a powerlifting meet that Saturday that the guys there are going to. He said there was another gym recommended to him that is all strongman. Metro Fitness (I think) was also suggested.

These last few weeks have been super busy at the gym and with my family ( mother n law had major back surgery)…so my " time" has been limited. Dave Tate from ELITE had said we could train on Sat…and like Adam said it fell through due to the XPC meet sat.

I have mailed to see if you guys can still come sunday at 9am…no reply yet, but should not be a problem…myself and the guys I train with will train SAT in Dublin with a another pro strongman…we will do oh press,dead,farmers,yoke walk and end with stones…we will train at 6:30 am sat…you are welcome to train PM me for my cell phone number- text me and I will send you the address…its a warehouse so dress warm…sorry about ELITE it would have been fun…say hello if you see me at the expo!

Man I REALLY hope I’m able to make it up this weekend. Training at EliteFTS would be AMAZING! Would love to see everyone out there.
