And I think when comparing Conan from the movie to Khal vs Comparing Conan from the Books to Khal you have a point. Tango & Cash was more fun than quality, I think. Cliffhanger was much more epic…the part that hasn’t aged well imo is some of the ice caves and closeup landscapes that were clearly a stage. But I remember not expecting much and being surprised at how good it was. The girl falling at the beginning was scary.

Well I was in HS during the time he was coming out with 2 and 3, it was kind of the times we were in then.
Got to give Sly credit for writing it for the times.
