Here is the picture I used for motivating myself to build bigger arms. I just thought this guy had perfect arms.

Speaking of lieing, how many measurments in this post do you think are not telling the truth?
I won’t post my real arm size until I hit over 18"
I’m going to start actually training arms directly soon, so they should grow quite a bit more then.[/quote]
Arm- 15.75
Height- 5’9"
Weight- Was 167, has been dropping but I can’t find the damned scale.

{get ready for some excuses}
I just moved in to a new house and all of my better habits have fallen to shit. It has been a bigger disruption than I had expected.
We have gotten settled, and the weights are set up, so I will start gaining again quickly. I’ll be starting a supplementation and volume regiment soon too(end of August). Gotta get the fridge and freezer restalked and the eating back in order though.

Yea, I figured the rest would be relegated to the bullshit file.
Even my lifting partners have called my on the shit. Deads went o.k. today though. No improvement, but no loss.

Necessary though. I can appreciate a decent beating every so often. May even start a thread just for that.

Truly. I sure laughed, though. At least he’s getting back on track.
5’10, 20 years old, 200lb, 16.5 inches cold and flexed
47 years old
5’8"
187 pounds
15" arms
(Now wondering: where’m I gonna fit direct arm work into my schedule?)

So mine should be like 16" if I had appropriate fat! This does not change my 14.5’s.
BUT…I have a really large penis and that keeps me happy.

Heh heh heh, small arms - large penis… I reckon you could design a whole program for your arms based on this…
Imagine if you made them both the same size!
17 yo
6.3
180 lb
13.2 inches
Female
39 years old
5’7" 157 lbs
13 3/4" - mostly triceps
5’-8", 185 lbs, 32 years old, 16 inch cold.
I got pretty good tricep strength for my size but the Bis are average at best.
46
6’
220
17.5 cold
What is the ‘conventional’ way of measuring body stats? I done a quick run over this morning all cold 20 mins after waking up.
18y/o, 6’0 with 15inch bi’s?
Ive only been training 3 weeks properly and I dont understand how people are putting up 16 inch when flex’d etc who I’d presume have been training alot longer than me?
This isn’t meant to sound arrogant I’m just interested…
