when you say your arm is cold its supposed to mean un-pumped, not just un-flexed.
so when i say i have a 16.5 inch gun, i mean is 16.5 inch at room temperature which basically translates to 16.5 inch cold.
your gun is 20 inch’s cold.
big arms, must lookl like an absolute savage[/quote]
I get it now. Well, what I did was wake up one morning and just put a tape around my arm while it was hanging down at my side. It measured 18.5" so I thought that was “cold”. I then raised it up and flexed and it went to 20". I didn’t realize this was still “cold” too.
funny story, I started with 11 inch arms and I always thought that 15 inch arms were huge. Now, I realize that what I thought was “huge” is now just the average arm size of people in the gym.

Hahaha. Come on, Meat, what happened to the bodybuilder in you?
I found a tape measure lying around my friends house the other day so I decided to measure for the first time if probably 6 months.
20 years old

17.25" cold and flexed
Funny enough, I haven’t done more than 5 sets of curls a week in the last 6 months or so and they’ve grown a tad. All the heavy ass rowing and chins help.
18.75 inches.
You want big guns? Damn near 2/3 of your arm mass is triceps. Stop worrying so much about curls and hammer your tris. Close grip bench presses. Nuff said.
