It has already started.
Some media outlets are listing his favorite books and excluding the Communist Manifesto.
I just read an article from the NYT mentioning Palin’s targeted districts and ignoring that the Democrats put targets on districts in 2004.
This blame game is disgusting. Anyone playing in it is an asshole.
That is what the left believes is the best course of action , I personally disagree with it. I also hold the Rhetoric the Tea party , Glen Beck , Rush Limpdick Sarah Palin and FAUX news spew
responsible for inciting this nut job.I also think there are others out there just as crazy
The hyper-partisan idiots who try to paint this nut as someone “incited by” the TEA party or Communist Party or this Congresswoman’s vote against Nancy Pelosi whatever, are pathetic.
His videos and posting are incomprehensible, politically. His friends describe him as a “pot smoking liberal.” He’s a Ron Paul goldbug. He subscribes to some white supremcist national socialist mag. He’s anti-war guy who wanted to join the Army. He love animals, but may have satanic alter in his back yard. In short, he has so many conflicting ideas and positions, the only description that fits is “nuts.”
The fact that liberals like Krugman and Hillary Clinton were so quick to attempt to paint this guy as a TEA Party person is particularly pathetic in light of their standard of proof for muslim terrorists. With no evidence of having heard of Glenn Beck, this nut is a Glenn Beck groupie, according to this meme. The same liberals warned us to “not jump to conclusions” when a muslim Army doctor, linked to extremist muslim groups, who attended the same mosque as some of the 9/11 guys, shot up Ft. Hood while screaming “allah akbar.” (Remmber, according to Krugman, the Ft. Hood shooting had nothing to do with muslim extremism.) Pick a burden of proof and stick with it.
On the topic of domestic terrorists the entire liberals “I’m so afraid because the TEA Party is so partisan” meme is an old version of the “big lie told often enough.” There has been ZERO violence linked to the TEA Party. Most of the domestic terrorist attacks in the USA are by liberals or other creatures of the left: Weathermen, Bill Ayers, eco-terrorists, Black Panthers, etc. Even the OKC bombers were anti-war collectivists of the nationalist socialist variety, to the extent they can be described as recognizeably political.
What the liberals are afraid of are ideas, so they lie and distract with false accusations of terrorism and fear — their real agenda being the ability to create government mechanims to limit speach and critism and abuse dissenters, so they can hold on to power. Stalinism 101.
At this point you are either lying to avoid backing down or a plain idiot, if you cannot see how irresponsible the rhetoric coming from Palin, Beck, Limbaugh and there ilk is.
And… no. There is no voice on the left with anything like their exposure offering anything remotely similar. The Tea Party was cute, but it’s time for some folks to grow the fuck up.
Or Obama or the Daily Kos.
Your bullshit makes me sick, trying to twist this into a blame game.
It really is amazing how every last whisper of disagreement with the left is instantly right wing terrorism yet bombs, guns and actual violence from muslims is always some isolated unloved misunderstood, basically decent fellah that fell in with the wrong influences.
Why? How can you (or anyone else) act like the absolute hatred of left vs right wing has nothing at all to do with this? Didn’t Palin recently release an ad with gunsights on a bunch of democratic districts, including this very one?
Palin actually did that?
Oh and the guy just seems like he got his ideas from anywhere and everywhere. Neither left or right, no matter how either side wishes he was the opposite
As did the Democrats in 2004except they had a target instead of cross hairs.
I seem to recall seeing earlier examples long ago but it may have been local instead of national.
It is nothing new or outrageous although some like to pretend it is. Don’t trust those people.

Yep.
The double-standard is almost funny. I wonder if they do it intentionally or are so biased, they do realize they are doing it?

There were articles calling for this lady’s death from the left because she was left-middle and not hard left because she voted against Pelosi as speaker, if one wanted to troll for nonsense.
He was garden vareity nut, who liked neo-nazi stuff, and attacked a Jewish lady.

No one is claiming the tea party participated in this violence , it is the Rhetoric it is what they say about our Government is becoming socialist. It is lies designed to incite the not so intelligent .
If every body were intelligent they would realize our gov has moved to the right over the last 50 years . Obama would have been a right winger when I was a kid
I personally think the kid was right about somethings , our Gov. only wants us smart enough to run their machinery and fill out the paper work. They do not want us to be able to reason. They want us to believe the way to take care of the poor is to take care of the wealthy. How smart would you have to be to believe that

Yeah, this is America, we do not lock up the mentally ill until after they do something bad.
It is the price we pay for a bit of freedom and I don’t want to go back to the days of locking people up before they committed a crime.
FDR abused this back in WWII. Let’s not go back to the bad old days because of a tragedy.
The cure is often worse than the disease.
It is a price we pay for not having mental health available to those that need it.They turn the mentally sick lose because the wealthy do not want to be taxed to pay for housing the sick

Our government is certainly moving toward the European socialist model. Not sure how this can be denied.
Moving right? Are you serious? We are very much moving left. Obama would never be considered right. Transplant JFK to he today and he would be considered right wing.
I refuse to watch his videos and listen to the rantings of a lunatic.

This is false. Those that need mental help do not want it and walk away. They are closing state funded facilities because they are empty and thus a waste of money.
The mentally ill have rights, if they do not want to be drugged and locked up they do not have to to unless they commit crimes.
So the liberals on this site are going to ignore the WSJ article I posted showing he was targeting her since 2007. They are going to ignore his own videos, because of their hatred of Sarah Palin? But it is the right wing that is nuts? Up is down, 2+2=5 for you guys right.
“No one is claiming the tea party participated in this violence , it is the Rhetoric it is what they say about our Government is becoming socialist. It is lies designed to incite the not so intelligent.”
What evidence is there that he was influenced, at all, by TEA party retoric? None.
“If every body were intelligent they would realize our gov has moved to the right over the last 50 years . Obama would have been a right winger when I was a kid.”
That’s almost funny. The federal government has increasingly become more powerful, more expensive, and more intrusive. That’s “left” to the extent left-right means anything.
“I personally think the kid was right about somethings”
I am not surprised.
“our Gov. only wants us smart enough to run their machinery and fill out the paper work. They do not want us to be able to reason.”
Yes, that’s socialism 101.
“They want us to believe the way to take care of the poor is to take care of the wealthy. How smart would you have to be to believe that?”
I think you are referring to the Laffer curve, but I really can’t tell. The Laffer curve is correct. Socialist policies like Obama set forth do nothing for the “poor.” All socialism does is make it impossible for average people to improve their station through any means but the party.

You’re comparing the readership of Daily Kos with the audiences of Rush Limbaugh… or Palin or Beck? Nice try.
And, Obama has used nowhere near the incendiary language.
It is a price we pay for not having mental health available to those that need it.They turn the mentally sick lose because the wealthy do not want to be taxed to pay for housing the sick
Actually, it’s the price we pay for the Warren Court that raised the standard for involuntary commital of crazies so high that it is impossible to keep nuts like this off the street until they actually kill someone.
People like this used to be locked up in the funny farm. Now they are generally bums begging on the street — yet another side effect of liberalism gone wrong.
But don’t let facts get in the way of your agenda.
It seems the shooter had ties to the acult(sp?). Really not looking to well for those claiming he was right wing.
After all these facts came out, MSNBC should be ran off the air for jumping the gun like they did to blame palin.
LOL at target signs on the districs caused this guy to shoot her. Next time before jumping to conclusions, lets sit down wait for all the facts to come in and do something crazy like use common sense and reason.

Your arguments are predictably limp.
Obama refers to republicans as “the enemy”. Very incendiary.
And I cannot help it that the left does not have a leader like Rush or Palin. Other than Obama of course who refers to his political opponents as the enemy. Harsh political rhetoric has always been around.
And, Obama has used nowhere near the incendiary language.

Except telling his supporters to “get in people’s faces” and “bring a gun,” you mean.
But, again, no one has produced any evidence of the shooter’s political leanings except his classmates who describe him as a “left wing pothead,” let alone any evidence that politics had anything to do with the shooting.
