Well, he certainly had made reference to coming violence many times… but, what i was referring to here is his consistent claim that there are somehow forces in the government actively seeking a way to silence him. It’s a tired schtick.

You have to ask yourself this question; do Brian Williams and Katie Couric have news shows, or do they have entertainment opinion shows? It’s an important distinction that you really should’ve been able to make already. Perhaps you could answer the questions I’ve already presented to SkyNett. Colbert and Stewart have said some across the board crazy and funny shit while they’ve skewered political figures on the right, but guess what? They have politically motivated comedy shows! And yes, even in the case where a movie was made about the assassination of a sitting president, I would support that film makers right to do so. Even if it was in bad taste. The interesting point to ponder in that case, was not the making of the movie, but the selective criticism (or lack thereof) from the left. If that same movie was made today, about our current president, you could only imagine the fervor that would erupt from the left and the MSM.
