Arimidex,PCT or during cycle

So I am starting my second cycle of testosterone and I noticed I had minimal nipple soreness but my dose was extremely low like 150 milligrams per week for 5 or 6 weeks just to get a feel for what my body would do I saw results but I know that with a higher dosage I would see better results so my question is do you use the arimidex during the cycle and after for PCT or should I only take when I feel the side effects and then I’ve Heard lots of different dosages is .25 every other day too much cuz I feel that I might be able to get away with .25 only the Days pinned which is 2times a week. Also I purchased clomid and proviron for PCT
