I just finished buying all of the testosterone cypionate that I will be using for my cycle. As a posted in a previous forum, I am 23 years old, about to start my first cycle, and will be injecting 200mg E3D for 9 weeks. I am planning to take Arimidex during the cycle and Nolvadex afterwards. I just need to know what doses I should be using for the AI and SERM, as well as how often I should take them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I would bump the test to 250 mg but you don’t have to.
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 for pct and 20 mg/day if you experience gyno symptoms til they subside.
Arimidex .5mg eod or .25mg ed starting week one, taper off following your last injection during the 2 weeks before pct, do not use during pct. adjust on cycle dose accordingly, dry joints and low libido = too low estrogen, low libido and water retention/bloat = too high estrogen.
Consider HCG, 250iu 2-3x per week during cycle, will help facilitate recovery.
So two weeks after my last arimidex and final injection is when I would take my first Nolvadex?
