So guys i am on a T cycle of 700mg a week. 350mg x 2 a week.
I am in week 5 and it is just kicking in from what i am feeling. I did blood tests on end of week 4 and my T levels came to 1800 total t and e2 at 40 pg/ml and this was with 500mg a week and .5 arimidex every day!
Yes i aromatase a lot and i always knew this from blood tests. I increased my dose to 700 because obviously my T that i have is underdosed because at 500mg a week i should be higher than 1800 total t at week 5 especially since i frontloaded also.
My guestion is regarding arimidex. Now that i increased my T dose my e2 has increased. I can feel it and i dont like the feeling. I cant really afford taking more than .5 every day at the moment.
If instead of taking .5 every day i take 1mg every other day do you guys believe this will be beneficial in reducing e2 more or will it be the same thing as .5 every day?

it’s the same amount of drug. It will be the same.
The half life of adex is such that eod dosing is fine, but it won’t make a difference on way or the other
My experience with arimidex is it works great, but also plays havoc with my sex drive occasionally as I find it hard to get the right dose when using larger amounts of test.
I’m a big fan of using smaller amounts of arimidex with nolvadex. I find Nolvadex keeps my sex drive sky high while using test and does a decent job of blocking estrogen at the receptors.
So, if I was you, I would try and get my hands on some extra Nolvadex and run that with your arimidex

Many articles have been written regarding adex and nolva counteracting each other. Whether OP can afford it or not raising the adex with test dose is what needs to happen.

well, if i had a choice, i’d go with .5 mg ED… the total weekly dosage isn’t any different, but the daily dosing should result in more stable levels of A-dex, which should make it more effective in lowering estrogen.

in fact, i think they’re the only AI and SERM that actually contradict each other…
I guess my Adex would be better used by itself without Nolvadex. Mind you, I prefer Nolvadex in my older age over Adex. I find Adex does such a good job at killing of Estrogen, that it also kills my sex drive at the same time (which is probably not an issue for you younger guys
