Just received supply of arimidex to take along with my TRT. The only problem is that it came in 1mg capsules . Based on the protocal stated by Ksman, a safe starting point should be 1mg ew, but split in 2 doses of .5mg. How would I be able to accomplish this with capsules? Can I just take 1mg capsule just ew, or are the split doses mandatory? What are the pros & cons?
Better to take it in split doses. You can get a pill splitter to chop the pill in half, but they are pretty crumbly and rarely split evenly for me.

Get the powder from 30 capsules, and put in 120ml of vodka. Pull with a syringe and drink half ml, twice a week.

Is this something that you have done before? Is it safe & will the effects of the arimidex be the same?
