I am surprised Derek hasn’t posted his catchy pictures seeing as this thread is turning into a “guess what gross stuff I saw” thread.
I remember in high school getting hit on the hand, accidentally ofcourse, by a classmate holding a solid piece steel bar. Cut my hand open to the bone and I was like “cool”. Then the blood started to flow and the guy went white, he wanted to be sick.
I didnt grass him up, shoving it in his face made me happy enough. Dont fuck around with metal bars!

I remember one time in primary school in England, one of my classmates managed to jam a semi-blunt HB pencil through another classmates palm. Right down the middle under the gap between the index and ring fingers, made a clean hole through from end to end.
I remember it not really bleeding through for a good few seconds, and everybody (including the kid with the hole in his hand) just looking in a drawn out silence at his raised hand until the blood came.
Was pretty cool at the time, I don’t remember what happened to that kid with the pencil though, think he left shortly after because I don’t have any really vivid memories of him being around after that.

The thing about this I was wondering too is at what point does the obese person finally have to ask her relatives “OK, today is the first day I can’t make it to the bathroom myself…please clean up my shit and piss”?
