there is a guy over there who is right in the thick of believing that he can GAIN muscle while functioning in a caloric DEFICIT.
i told him that if it was his first six months lifting EVER, sure, the body does funny things.
but if you were, oh, i don’t know someone who has USED their gym membership before today, not going happen.
Obviously no one thinks they are too big…but what about other people that think YOU are too big…I get that often since I finally started eating a year ago…and while I’ve made pretty good gains, it’s nothing to brag about on teh internets!

People tend to gain muscle while doing the v-diet. Possible to do? yes. Probable to happen… maybe, maybe not. The muscle gain will not be as significant or even any where remotely close to being at a caloric excess, but it is possible.

i’ve never thought to myself, “wow, i’m too big”… but i have gotten to the point before where it was a little uncomfortable because i think i added mass too quickly. ie, if i ate a large meal my back would hurt… kind of hard to explain, also sleeping can be an issue sometimes too… shoulder pains and what not…
but either way, i plan on getting bigger… i agree that most people who say “i don’t want to get too big” are whiny pussies tht don’t want to work hard. every time someone says that to me i just reply “don’t worry, you won’t”

I think they should advertise with that, I mean all the penis size pill company’s seem to be doing good for them selves with there fancy late nite tv slots and all.

It may sound goofy but you know people would go for it… the majority of American men will apparently do any thing to get a bigger dick, then on top of that you get a killer effective diet and work out plan.
