Are My Levels Low Enough for TRT?

That is almost certainly quite excessive for arimidex. A blood test will tell him where he’s at, but I’m guessing low single digits. And yeah, basically every man will get prostate cancer, some get an aggressive variety and need to do something about it. Most of us will die of something else before it can be a real problem.

I have a question can I expect bigger muscle gains now that I am on TRT then before when I didn’t have any T problems at all?
Also does working out help with your TRT work better to feeling better?

If you had optimal testosterone before, no man. But also bear in mind the testosterone is only one component in building muscle. With TRT and right training/eating schedule you will be able to reach your genetic potential. But you cannot look like the bulging steroid guys…except if you take steroids.

Working out is necessary for everybody to feel better whether he is on TRT or not. I think no person should live without it unless he has some really serious medical reasons for that.

ok makes sense I was just wondering lets say I was optimal at 700 before TRT but now that im on TRT and my T level is at 900 would that give me extra gains.
But I get what your saying it makes sense

Just to be clear, you ARE taking steroids, just at therapeutic levels. If you are dosing to be roughly at the level that you were at before you had problems, then your muscle building should be the same as then. If you are raising your T to a little above that, you will get a very minor possible improvement on over natural levels, but not something you will really be able to notice. And exercise makes you feel better either way.

yea that’s what I was thinking I should have alit but more of a improvement then when I was healthy. The unknown factor though is I had no clue what my naturl T level were before everything went down so the idea is kind of out the door because I would have no clue how much to boost my levels. Plus my focus is just to feel better and try to help my errections and libido but it was just a question in the back of my head because im getting ready to start working out soon.

Your workouts will be better than they have been in a long time, that’s all that will matter.

600 mg for 12 weeks is a full blown beginner AAS cycle. But I agree, I don’t think a single short term AAS cycle of only Test is going to cause any long lasting damage on its own. Definitely not healthy to do long term though.

How did you come to the closion that 600mg long term would definitly not be healthy? I know 3 guys who have taken anywhere between 400mg to 600mg for DECADES and have better bloodwork than I do. I’m not necessarily saying that this is proof that it is safe long-term at those doses. I’m just wondering how you came to that conclusion when I can say that, anecdotally, I beg to differ.

I should clarify and say anyone taking superphysiological doses for their own bio chemistry, if taken long term is going to start having adverse negative effects on their body and physiology. I have a hard time believing there are people who are taking 600mg of test a week and still not hitting superphysiological doses either. Unless in the most extreme of example they are a far outlier to the norm.

I was watching some YouTube videos, and came across Anabolic doc and he was saying it was best to micro dose because larger doses at one time can cause problems, he didnt go into detail but I think he was referring to cardiovascular.

Also he was saying any kind of hormone manipulation can cause DVTs in his opinion, that was a bit unsettling because I’ve had a family member that died from that.

I have been trying to educate myself but been running across some things that are making me over think this. Any thoughts would be appreciated thanks guys.

@tgk143 watch this video and it will help you out quote a bit. It’s me btw.

It can be done, but what I have seen is that it does tend to catch up to guys eventually.

For TRT or doing a cycle? I don’t believe the risk for blood clot is that much higher with TRT doses, to my understanding. My own doctor told me for a very small percentage of the population that is genetically pre disposed exogenous testosterone can possibly increase blood clot risk though. Do not remember if he said that was from TRT or abusing it though.

Thanks man I enjoyed the video! Not going to lie, I get that it’s good/better to inject everyday but holy crap that would be annoying and of course way more costly for needles/syringes.
Maybe the 30g 1/2" needles would be better, I’ll have to try it out.

I can already relate to feeling completely rested when waking up, it’s crazy how much of a difference it makes. I never ever wake up completely alert and cant seem to wake up for hours and even then I’m left tired the rest of the day with brain fog, now I feel great.
Besides that all I notice is I’m in a way better mood. I guess it will take more time to notice more.

I think it was just hormone manipulation in general like TRT.
Yeah it definitely makes me nervous, hopefully I’m not genetically pre disposed to it being that a family member had it.
I’m glad it is a small percentage though that is reassuring!

I buy mine in bulk by the case. I use 30g 1/2" to inject and 18’s to draw. It’s literally 60 seconds of my day in the morning once you get really good at loading up a syringe. If I miss a day, I typically just double my dose the next day. No big deal. Either that or contact a doc like Dr Nichols who does the transscrotal cream. That’s the best method of administration, by far, right now. There are guys in the group with total t at 1800 and free t at 60 using the cream.

Nice that’s not bad! You guys were talking about pre loading syringes in your video, that would actually make it alot more convenient. So I’m guessing theres nothing wrong with doing that?

That cream might be a good way to go , although i dont know of anybody around here that prescribes that. Probably even more expensive I assume.

You might be able to get certain tests done to determine if you are higher risk. Follow up about it with your doctor.
