Their truly bad and dangerous. Do not taunt fruits, they will hurt you.
Yes,

They WILL make jokes about your ancestors, your penis size and your sexual preferences.

Fruits are bad news.

Just say no!

Proposals by trans-Tasman regulator Food Standards Australia New Zealand could prevent certain fruits from being legally classified as healthy.

…the amount of sugar will be taken into account. This would mean apples, pears and most stonefruit will be disqualified from health claims because their natural sugar levels exceed 16g per serving.

This is what I call clever lobbyism.
Fact is: you can stuuf yourself with fruit, you won’t get diabetes. Try to repeat that with chocolate or candybars.

However, it’s true that most of today’s fruits are being bred for taste and not for health benefits, which is kinda sad.

Still: An apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Chris,
Your body digests fructos differently than white refined sugar.Also,16 tblspoons of white refined sugar doesn’t have 4-6 grams of fiber like an apple does. Also, something like an apple isn’t 100 fructous.

Why does grape soda taste nothing like grapes? Same with fucking strawberry. I feel like I’m being manipulated. Fruit will do that to you. Manipulate you…and then bone your wife.

I think I’m funny, but I don’t want your ‘thans’ anyway.

But to answer your question, yes, fruits are good.

Did you read any nutrition articles on this site yet?

Dave Tate once wrote an article on his website about needing to drop a lot of fat and raise his conditioning. He mentioned that an apple with every meal was prescribed for the following reasons: Add fiber, add a larger variety of nutrition, and stave off those carb cravings. He dropped some fat! Now, the only question I have you all is which companies breed apples for only taste and which companies do not screw with their product too much and leave a majority of the nutrition in place? I know there was mention of commercially produced fruits and vegetables that were mostly garbage do to too much chemical fertilizing, pesticides, etc. I really would not know where to start researching this type of information.

I hope you’ve learned something from this.

i seriously need to hear some justification here…

Do people on this website not understand a joke? The collective humour chip must largely be missing

See, now I’m confused. You made 15 posts in a thread because I made a joke about some newbie only working his biceps and chest but you defend this poster for the same thing? Like I said before, you are apparently one huge hypocrite. Just because you may have an unusually small penis doesn’t mean the rest of us have to cut our’s off.

I would be interested in this too, I eat tons of gala apples which are a hybrid apple I believe.

Regardless, I have lost almost 50 lbs in five months on a diet very high in fruit. I eat at least four servings a day, including melons, berries, pineapples, grapes, apples and oranges.

Don’t forget that fruit are virtually fat-free…

Hmmm…

I wonder what that banana’s body fat percentage is?

What do you guys think?

Fruits such as apples, bannanas, tomatoes, etc are good.

Fruits like tgatl whining about the abundance of newbie bashing are bad.
Sound nutritional advice.
