Are All Multivitamins Created Equal?

I’m looking for some input on a good general everyday multivitamin that will will supplement my daily nutrition. Are there certain things to look for? Certain products to avoid?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

They are not created equal.

Regardless, I think you’re much better off with a quality greens products anyway. I use one and feel better than I ever did with a multi-vitamin.

I just started taking a multivitamin from centrum, and I feel that has helped my energy levels immensely. imo, it is a great investment that will show you results, if not in your training, than in your general feeling of wellbeing.

To chris, do you take Greens+? Cause TC just wrote about how it’s garbage in a recent article. I’m not real familiar with the Greens products, and that’s the only one I’ve heard of, so I thought I’d ask.

Not Chris, but I will add I used to use it (Greens Plus) but since being made aware of the negatives on it, I have switched to Berry Greens and will use it until Biotest comes out with this type of product. When they provide this there will truly be no need for me to buy anything elsewhere.

I’ve not been a fan of Greens+ since i read the label quite some time ago.

There are quite a few other Greens products available.
