I absolutely agree with taking all deadlifts seriously. It is as easy for me to screw up a 65# deadlift as a 160# deadlift.

Your notation of sets and reps is understandable, but quite spare. So like scientific notation, that.

Today is my MP day and I’m just resting between sets of chinups. So far, I have failed at the TX pushup challenge. Maybe after the chins…
