i think my friend starhbrite is busy with school, so i haven’t had the chance to harrasss her yet.

hehe…I was half contemplating saying ‘screw it,’ and going off take my diet break early…it’s only the stress speaking though, and trying to get these damn papers written up…
I do want some more pot roast and potatos though…they are beckoning from the fridge…
But I really want to get comfortably below 185’ish, take my break, then it’s only ‘the last 10!!!’ That carb cycling stuff is interesting! I may have to give that a try during my break so I don’t gorge myself…(j/k!)
Thing with that is, once I cycle on to carbs, I find it hard to cycle off 'em again.

And for proof, here is an old video…back before I started my dieting…good to know that I have maintained strength through all this!!! And DAMN! I was FAT! I can say that about myself now…225 is the highest I’ve ever tried, but it sure felt tougher than I made it look in the video!

awwwww, too much!! no wonder the legs are already toasty! I haven’t had a straight leg day in a long time!! Made me miss high volume training…may even switch to an upper/lower split!
we also got stalked by the little person dude…wanted to shoot the shit in between each and every set of every exercise we were doing!
Pulling 225# just out of the blue, huh? Stellar! Imagine what would happen if you’d actually train this lift!

I’ve never ‘trained,’ the dead lift…a friend challenged me to ‘struggle,’ with it to see how much I could do… we are all more capable than we think!

There was 50+ men competing in the pros…show was HUGE!! And literally…I’ve never seen legs that big in my life!! I’ll post pics and vids, but they don’t do the competitor justice…
Victor placed 5th for his first Pro show…not too shabby! My favorite woman who stood out to me won overall…it was insane the back she had on her…think Im in love…

Not sure if I have the desire to compete, not even sure where I’d start…guess I’m already ‘starting,’ by losing my fat…I think watching a show like that would inspire anyone to train harder, and I can for sure see where the appeal is.
The level of dedication and discipline is amazing! And I think it would be pretty damned awesome to see what my body is really capable of looking like…just for the experience if nothing else…but Im sure when you compete once its addicting to keep going for it!
What was really fascinating to me was the intensity it takes to just hold all these poses! Some looked like they were seconds from passing out…there was such a big competition for the mens pros they had to make a middle weight class! People from all over the world too came to compete…
The routines were fun to watch…and it was crazy to see such flexibility these people had, sheesh!
This is the woman who won overall(my fave and new idol, lol)…I saw her out in the front area after wards, and she’s TINY…well, not tiny, but SHORT!! sorry for the shakey camera…dude in front kept moving…
