I’m just above to eat about 220grams of yogurt with 1 scoop of protein and a bannana, is this sort of meal still acceptable as like a 8pm or 10pm snack? I can only eat so many nuts you see… urgh.

I can’t say that it is wrong as I like the meal itself. I just prefer to not have any carbs in the evening. I workout at 12:00 noon and I only have 2 carb/protein meals after that including my PWO shake. Then it is all protein/fat until bed. Like I said, just my personal preference.
depends on ur goals and current stats. banana, eh, maybe not the best choice, particularly at the times u posted up.
i believe the protein in yogurt is primarily casein (correct me if im wrong), so if you dont like cottage cheese this could be an acceptable substitute for a prebed snack.

Yeah thats what I was thinking. Baring in mind im bulking, limiting fruit intake seems abit OTT, staying as my snack then
