Dude, don’t base your decision to smoke or not on an internet forum. The health risks may be smaller the way you do it, but they’re always there.
Also, I used to be an occasional smoker, only on weekends, as well. You think you have it under control. Then, you have a major change or just a very stressful period in your life (for me, it was being drafted into the army, but it could be work, girlfriend breaking up, etc.) which made me completely lose whatever control I thought I had.
I think it depends on the person.I got a buddy who is a marine and he smokes regularly and he is in great shape.He could run 6-7 miles no prob snowboards and climbs mountains.
Other people just become lumps of shit from smoking.

I have to try to keep it to one can a day…sometimes ill dip into can #2 and regret it the next day when that last pinch is tiny.
