Just trying to keep interest in this alive. Jason Norcross and I have been working on this via email, and I think those of you still up for it will be pleased with what we’ve got so far. I’ll try to post the first two phases (first 6 weeks) later today so that people can make suggestions, start planning ahead, etc. I know that I’m definitely starting Monday, and I definitely can’t wait!
can we include snatch grip deadlift into the program,maybe some plyometric exercises,rocket jumps,star jumps,squat jumps,split jump,also we could include grip work at the end of the upperbody sessions.
I think you guys will like what Zev and I have come up with. It involves at least a dozen or more training articles in just the first 2 stages and will continue to incorporate more in phase 3 and 4. We will post the workouts soon for phase 1 and 2. Remember that they are just general guidelines and appropriate exercise substitutions are always reasonable. We’ll probably start a new thread by posting the workouts and hopefully we can get several people doing the same program at the same time for some friendly competition and accountability.
