Here you go. So gels are like 5-15% absorption. Cream is 75-85% depending where you read. Injections are 100%. This study is really good. It shows how fast the cream works and etc. I believe this is the article that also says e2 doesn’t not have huge jumps.

Do you mind sharing your levels while on the cream? I’m curious about trying it as well but am unsure of how I would get my endo to prescribe it or have it compounded.

I can’t give you an accurate but I can say this. I was on injections for 9 weeks and the final 4 weeks at 200. I started the cream right away and did not give time for injections to leave my system. One week after starting I took my blood tests and it was 2 hours after application. My values were to high to accurately report and it only said above ranges. Click my name and check my post. It was recent.
This shows the cream absorbs very fast and peak levels are achieved quickly.
I was also told ( before starting)that creams increase t levels higher than seen with injections at the same dosage. I am at 150mg am and pm.

I am about to start TRT (first time) and my doctor told me cream was expensive. Your monthly cost seems very affordable. Are you paying out of pocket or is insurance paying part of the cost? What supplier do you use? Thanks.

He is as are many orhers. Dr Nichols seems to have that method perfected. He also provides testosterone injections. His patients choose their method and then he goes to work
I would say, considering dosing to twice daily, that creams absorb well, and absorb very quickly.
Absolutely untrue symstemlord. You have to compare apples to apples. Your study compares the non scrotal application of creams not the high concentration scrotal application. When you look at the pharmacokinetics of trans scrotal application with 8x more absorbtion it exceeds levels obtained by injections and those levels don’t decline by 100ng/dL by the next application. Also the paper you provided is not comparing Twice daily application it is once daily. So a high concentration applied to the scrotum twice daily provides exceptional results with no estrogen effects whatsoever and SHBG is irrevelant if dosed properly to raise free testosterone

Levels are not rising and falling more than injections when using twice daily. Quite the opposite. Injections have more of a impact on Hct than transdermals

I am on scrotal cream dialing in. I used 20mg and my values were T > 1500ng/dl and E2 56pg/ml. Free T was way over with SHBG of 25. Now I go on 10mg and see where that will lead me.
How long after application did you take those labs? First time I have seen someone that high on a cream.
Last labs I was around 850. I only apply in the morning around 7:30 and labs were taken around 5 that evening.

I apply the cream twice per day (scrotal). My supplier is a local pharmacy. My doctor will write me prescription and allow me to fill it through the pharmacy of my choice if I so choose.

He probably took it right after he applied. You really don’t drop when taking the cream since it’s 2x a day. Literally barely drops. If you didn’t take the evening dose it would be a little lower but still high until the next evening on the following day.
