Anyone Use DIM Products?

Indolplex and similar things to reduce E2?

I keep expecting Biotest to release a product, especially as they are price competitive with arimidex (e.g. DIM (Di-Indole Methane)) and may very well work better.

DIM = Di-Indole Methane

Together with sub-lingual HCG (basically mix a little glycine and vodka with the HCG and place it under your tongue), surely TC is in favor of anything he can make with vodka?

Just wondering what results you might have had.

There is no way no how that DIM is anywhere near effective as arimidex.

I moderate a HRT board and we have had a bunch of members use DIM with little success at lowering E2. And its NOT cost effective when compared to something like liquidex from a research company.

DIM is good for reducing bad estrone metabolites like 4 and 16 hydroxy-estrone which are particularly nasty estrogen metabolites. This might be its anticancer mechanism.

But, like resveratrol and pretty much any plant based compound, I wouldn’t rely on it for estrogen control, especially if one is on Testosterone.

I have not heard anything good about sub-lingual hcG.

The diet crew seems to be able to get their superhigh doses of HCG by mixing it with vodka and glycerin and putting it under their tongues.

I keep wondering if there is a pro HCG much like there are pro-hormones.

I’m not saying it is effective as arimidex, but at $12.00 for 60 caps at 200 mg each, it is pretty cheap stuff.

I’m wondering why it works for some and not others.
