Jesus, so many people here have no fucking clue about synthol. These guys used implants and silicone injections. I’m sure a few of them used synthol but it won’t make your arms this big. There are plenty of surgeons who do implants. If some stripper can get triple F size boobs you bet some guy can get giant bicep implants.

Are you sure of this? Are you sure synthol won’t get people’s arms this big? What are your sources? I am not being a smartass.
As far as I am aware, synthol hangs around in the area for months, and the effects of multiple injections are cumulative.
I find it hard to believe any of them are implants, if they are, looks like they got the shape wrong.
These guys look like they’ve syntholled their muscles to the max, then started injecting just under the skin to blow up the arm like a balloon because they just were not happy enough sticking to the muscle alone.
Whatever they are doing they look damned stupid.
However who is to say a lot of people don’t do it on a less stupid scale, perhaps to add an inch or so.
I’d imagine people don’t do forearms because the muscles are more complex / smaller so sticking to muscle synthol injection, you can’t get much of a result. So going under the skin, you end up with a big sausage shaped forearm that is huge all the way to the wrist, looking even more absurd. Also, like most fools out there, they are obsessed with bicep size alone.
What the hell the general public think when they see this is beyond me.
Why I’m seeing “if”, and “I don’t know…” regarding this inflated fool’s fake ass arms is beyond me. It’s obviously some illegitiate means used…just like with that ridiculous blond man who did the same with both bis AND tris.
Some of these guys just like the attention, even if it’s people laughing their asses off at their expense. They have a mental illness. These guys just better hope that whatever laughable means they resorted to are reversible.

I know your not being a smartass. You present some valid questions.
I know people who are very experienced with SEOs (site enhancing oils). There is a limit to the effectiveness of SEOs and these guys have far exceeded that. I’ve also seen many before and after photos of its use. Some went too far with SEO’s but they look nothing like these guys.
There is some inside knowledge that Greg Valintino used injections of silicone. This is why he didn’t lose to much size in his arms despite having the test levels of a 3 year girl. The pic of the dude pulling the truck obviously looks like he injected silicone too. I’ve seen other photos on this site where people mistake silicone injected biceps for SEO ones. Look at that freak Claus who’s got a few vids on Youtube.
Definite implants. If you do a google search on implants and silicone injections you can see a bunch of pics. They don’t look like the have implants either if you didn’t know already. It sounds weird but more people do this than you think.
Also google “pumping parties” too understand underground use of silicone. I’ve seen some good info that I could share with you but after some searching I could find the links. So you can take my word for it or not if you so choose.
I’m wondering if these guys used collagen injections also. The same thing used to plump up Jessica Simpsons lips.
Synthol can be a useful tool for high level bodybuilders to even out lagging body parts. I’m just trying to clear things up. Does this mean these guys never used SEO? no I’m sure a few have tried it and went on to more effective (if you want to call it that) methods.

Thanks Hagar that sounds very interesting. I honestly don’t know much about synthol except saw pictures of guys like this for the first time about a year ago? Could stop shaking my head and all the talk was on synthol. STIL can’t stop shaking my head.
I figured they were injecting synthol intothe muscles, and when that was not enough, under the skin to balloon up as big as can be. But I was thinking the clearance of the oils should be a lot faster and there would be limits on the stuff, what it could do.
What about that strongman competitor way back, the first guy to use synthol, forgot his name. Enormous arms. World record at the time I think. They kept saying in the truck pull, how he was exhausted because of the lactic acid build up. No, he was exhausted because 1/3 his arm was fake oil.
