strict pressing to me is no back lean. otherwise, it isn’t strict :stuck_out_tongue:
i guess most people here just define it as no leg drive, which i thought was default as it isn’t called ‘strict push press’

I can do a strict standing press from the shoulders with maybe 135 pounds, MAYBE. Yeah my shoulders are weak.

I’ve done a non-strict standing press with no knee bend with 145x4!

The back drive can make an enormous difference if you “cheat” properly, ala that Alexeyev video
