Anyone Started "The Best Damn Workout Plan For Natural Lifters"

Yes of course you’ll find your groove anyway. Personally I don’t get much thought on the first 2 sets, I just try to have a good feeling/moving a good weight. Because it’s just a 8/10 effort intensity anyway so it doesn’t matter much for the final set. When I feel great I push myself quite hard on the first two but that’s the beauty of an all-out set, you have more energy than you’d think.
