I’ve been in TRT for almost 7 years now. Currently 140mgs/week. No AI. 6’ 200lbs, exercise 6 days a week. I would consider myself healthier than the average 40 year old. My blood pressure has always been on the high side, but recently it was been running 150s/high 80s. My question is: Who out there is on blood pressure medicine? Which type? Side effects specifically concerning TRT? Etc
None that are different for someone not on TRT. My BP since starting was 140/80 usually, after starting 20mg daily Telmisartan it’s down to 115/70, if it goes over 120 I’m surprised. Side effects are headache and fatigue

Mine is typically about 130/80 without anything. I am using Cialis for BP and mid body gains lol. I hear it is usually good for a 5 point drop. I am also considering adding some Aspirin for it’s effects of lowering RBC, which will normally lower BP. I am running a blast, so I think the Aspirin would only be for the duration of the blast.
I take a beta blocker and an ARB. Both low dose. And I feel very good. (Metoprolol and candesartan)
My blood pressure was high before and probably a little better on TRT. But I needed a little more help.
I also take daily cialis for it’s numerous benefits.
