I’ve been doing some reading on GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide, especially their role in improving metabolic health, not just for diabetes but for weight-related issues too.

I noticed a growing number of people are turning to online platforms to access these medications, which raised a few questions for me—like how to make sure you’re getting legitimate treatment and real clinical oversight. One platform I stumbled across, Ongo Weight Loss, seems to focus on medically guided programs that include ongoing support, which felt a bit more trustworthy than random online pharmacies.

Curious to hear if anyone here has looked into this route or has thoughts on what to watch out for when trying to buy GLP-1 medication online.

TBT, I’ve used some telehealth online clinics. The majority use Compounding Pharmacies These pharmacies have regulatory oversight. But, I’ve also used GLP-1 off of peptide sites.

I haven’t really found a difference, outside of the cheaper price for the peptides and the amount of fillers the pharmacies use. Plus, the clinics usually prescribe overkill when using these medications. You can use 1/5 of what they prescribe and still get great results.
