Anybody Here Eat Dessert?

Isn’t Surge sweet enough?

If I do, it’s usually after legs day. Something about “earning” it per say.

I eat sweets every day…in moderation.

I’ll definitely have to try that oreo shake, since oreos are one junk food that is like crack to me, so I just don’t buy them anymore. I would eat a whole pack if someone gave it to me. No moderation possible with those buggers.

I don’t do dessert during leaning phases, only during growing phases. Basically, I allow twice a week to have fat free sugar free Jello pudding made with non-fat milk. Solidifies in 5 mins, tastes great, and doesn’t add much in the way of calories. I love chocolate so this is a great treat for moi.

only on cheat meals…for the most part stick to a clean diet and you can splurge on something fun, especially if your training hard.

i lost about 6lbs of fat last month and i had a couple of cheat meals every week including DESERT =)

i’d say cheesecake is my fav with a hot cup of coffee :wink:

I don’t eat the regular garbage most people think of when you say dessert but I do have my own versions, here’s one…

Mix:
canned pumpkin
yogurt or cottage cheese
cinnamon
vanilla or chocolate casein

I almost never eat dessert too…no, no I’m no martyr I just don’t really like sweet things

no sweet tooth here, instead i have a starchy tooth so keep me away from a big bowl of noodles or i’ll go crazy

I had birthday cake last night. First cake I’ve had in months. I passed out within an hour from the sugar coma.

I find having “Just one” dessert makes it harder not to have any desserts for the next few days, and for me, just isn’t worth it.

I am having apple pie with ice cream tonight. But it tends to be rare as I usually don’t even like sweets.

Guilt Drives me Up the wall. Well the Junk-Desert.

What desert is for me = Extra chicken. or cheese on my eggs. Or… Some Extra Steak. Oh crap i feel bad now; i realized i don’t like candy and sweets or ice cream anymore.

I Don’t know why but as mentioned earlier. Cleaner the diet. The less cravings. But i do go craazy on the Peanuts, or walnuts. High fat content makes em soooooooooo delicious.
