Any Side Effects Possible After the First Shot of Test?

Hi guys

I had my first shot 2 days ago in the evening. I think it was 25 mg of test-e.
Since that I’m having worries and anxiety that my panic disorder will get worse and I can’t function properly. So I got a panic attack last night because I thought I now have to stop the therapy because of high hematocrit and high erythrocyte levels in my blood. I have seen it from a bloodwork from may.2019 so my anxiety starts to cramp up. Now I’m worrying about getting a stroke or heart attack because of that.

Yesterday I felt pretty good during afternoon. But in the evening it was bad with excessive thinking.

Could it be the one shot or is it just my head after reading many threads about people getting anxiety after staring TRT?
I’m a low shbg guy. And my total testosterone was 240 last week.
My protocol is 100 mg a week EOD
Right now I had my next shot of 25 mg and I feel a bit better. Maybe placebo.
Greetings

You not gonna drop dead even if you develop high hematocrit.
Especially in the first two weeks when your levels bounce up and down you will experience these sides.
Try to relax, accept the side effects and reassess in 6 to 8 weeks. Then make an informed decision.

This makes sense and seems very likely. Hang in there, at 240 you need testosterone.

Everyone will feel fluctuations for the first 6 weeks after changing dosages, it’s perfectly normal. I prefer daily injections because I feel no fluctuations.

Apparently it can lead to extreme paranoia and anxiety. That’s not actually from the testosterone though.
