I have been using Biotest protein products loyally for years - now my lactose intolerance has gotten to the point where any milk products at all mean migraine… I’ve searched unsuccessfully, does anyone know if Biotest has any lactose-free supps?

I am rather lactose intolerant myself; however, I can drink Surge, etc. Why don’t you get yourself some of those Enzymes that help digest lactose? The company Enzymedica makes some good products and has a lactase enzyme. Check it out.
Surge Recovery is fine for lactose-intolerant individuals.
In most cases, Metabolic Drive doesn’t pose any issues either.
I agree Ive I Know plenty of guys and gals cant handle a BIT of dairy but have no probs with Metabolic Drive or Surge.
