Any good shakers? I was considering the turbo shaker or blender ball.
I bought a few turbo shakers when I started my V-diet. They are excellent and I would definitely recommend them. They’re constructed of polypropylene, so they won’t deform when put through high heat (dishwasher).
It will have an airtight seal for forever. As far as the patented shaker fins that supposedly make it mix better, well that has no basis in fluid dynamics. It’s maybe 90% marketing, 10% truth.
The downside? There is no lip or spout, so you have to have a mouth the size of Steven Tyler from Aerosmith in order to down one of these things without getting the dreaded protein-stasche.
IMO cant beat a regular nalgene bottle can shake the piss out of them no leaking etc…

I bought a bunch at Vitamin Shoppe for the V-diet. They have a little rubber ring on the inside of the top to help make a good seal. I found that after a couple of washes through the dishwasher the rubber ring wasnt working as good.
Took them out and crank the top down and there is no more leaks. They are only 3 bux a piece and I dont think they can be beat. They are about 20 or 24 ounce cups and are make out of thick hard plastic.
